In addition, we may use your User Account Information to notify you about changes, additional features or Products we add to our Website or provide other information on related topics or opportunities that we think may be interesting to you.

Cloud Computing Security: The Website is comprised of multiple software as a service (SaaS) components integrated with an application programming interface (API). We have implemented measures designed to secure the Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. We carefully selected our software providers in accordance with industry best practice standards, including appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure information.
Encryption: The Website is only accessible via https and all of your Information, is encrypted in transit and at rest with the latest encryption standards.
Access Standards: Access to our production servers is limited to a small, specifically defined set of professional staff. Access to your Information, generally, is specifically limited to only those employees or our authorized subcontractors or agents who need to have access to support the Website. Any employee that has access to the Website has signed a confidentiality agreement and is required to participate in annual data security and privacy training. Anyone who may cease working at Mathematica is reminded of their confidentiality obligations, and their network access is terminated.

Our Website is comprised of multiple software. These software platforms include: Paradiso, Salesforce, Authorize.net/Global Direct, Moodle and Cvent. When you purchase a QCIT product by credit card, except when using Cvent, you are directed to Authorize.Net, which is responsible for collecting credit card payment information from you. These third parties are solely responsible for their own privacy practices and the content on their websites.

Changing and Updating Your Information

Users may correct and update their information, remove their information from our database, or stop any other services we provide through this Website by emailing their request to qcit@mathematica-mpr.com
